Payment and cancellation policy for day spa and wellness days:

Full payment is required at the time of booking. A 3 day notice period is required to move the booking, (allowable once), you are also able to nominate another person, (female), if you are unable to attend. Failure to give 3 days notice will result in the booking becoming forfeited.

Guests who do not arrive for their spa day or do not arrive for any included appointments without notice will be charged the full price of the booked service. At the current time, Homefield is accepting ladies only for day spa offerings. Please note that men may be at our venue using the spa facilities as part of their residential programmes.

On arrival at Homefield for your day spa, you will be required to provide a debit/credit card for a £100 holding fee, (please note we do not accept Amex). The holding fee is refunded on the return of our spa bag containing our spa slippers, dressing gown, spa towel and the keycard wrist bangle. Please note that on release of the funds by Homefield, it may take 7 days for the amount to show on your statement, subject to the terms of your card provider.

Health questionnaires & data compliance:

On arrival you will be requested to complete a health questionnaire relevant to your programme, or treatment. It is important that we have a full understanding of any relevant health condition or concerns that may hinder the effectiveness of the service you have booked.

For relevancy and your safety, we will ask you to review your health questionnaire on each visit to Homefield.

Our front of house team and therapists will review your health questionnaire and if for any reason we are unable to deliver the service for you, we will do our upmost to provide an alternative therapy of a similar price.

Spa Etiquette:

We aim to ensure a safe, relaxing and respectful environment for all guests and staff. Appropriate spa attire is required in all our public areas. None of our areas are suitable for nude bathing.

Please silence your mobile phones and devices. We do not allow phone calls or conversations on phones in any of our public areas including the spa.

Filming in treatment rooms or where other guests are present is not permitted without prior consent.

Sharing identity behaviour about other guests or staff publicly is prohibited.

For day guests, lockers are provided for personal items. Residential guests have safes located in their bedrooms.

Remove all jewellery.

Food and drinks are not allowed in our treatment rooms or our spa.

Guests are responsible for informing therapists of any discomfort or dissatisfaction during treatment.

Please arrive in the spa waiting area 10 minutes before your scheduled treatment.

Cancellations giving less than 24 hours notice will be chargeable.

It is essential that you complete our health questionnaire and offer full transparency about your medical status.

Dress wearing loose, comfortable clothing. Robes and slippers are provided.

Please arrive showered and clean to use our spa and for therapies. Avoid heavy perfumes or colognes that may affect other guests or staff.

Aftercare - Ensure you follow any guidance that your therapist advises after treatment.
